Terms and Conditions

  1. Safety: Your safety is our top priority. All divers must follow the rules and regulations provided during the pre-dive briefing. Divers who fail to comply with these rules will not be permitted to dive.
  2. Health: Divers must be in good physical health and not have any pre-existing medical conditions that may put them at risk while diving. Please consult with a medical professional if you have any concerns.

  3. Dive Certification: All divers must be certified by a recognized scuba diving organization. We reserve the right to ask for proof of certification before allowing any diver to participate in our dive activities.

  4. Liability Waiver: All divers must sign a liability waiver before participating in any dive activities. This waiver acknowledges the risks involved with scuba diving and releases the dive shop from any liability in case of injury or death.

  5. Cancellations and Refunds: We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled dive. See rescheduling and cancellations terms for more details.

  6. Securing a reservation: to secure a reservation for courses, recreational diving, or snorkeling, a 30% deposit is required. Please refer to our specific rescheduling and cancellation policies for more information.
  7. Additional training : Most of our courses and programs can be completed within the allocated timeframes. If additional training is required to meet certification requirements, extra fees will apply. The minimum half-day rate is 500K IDR per person.

  8. Weather Conditions: Dive sites are subject to change due to weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any dive activities if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.

  9. Rental Equipment: Rental equipment is often provided or available for an additional fee. Please take care of the equipment and return it in the same condition it was rented. Divers are responsible for any damages or loss of rental equipment.

  10. Alcohol and Drugs: Alcohol and drug consumption are strictly prohibited before and during dive activities. Divers who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate in any dive activities.

  11. Photography and Video: Photography and video recording are permitted during dive activities, but please be respectful of other divers and the marine environment. Do not touch or disturb any marine life or coral.

  12. Code of Conduct: We expect all divers to behave in a respectful and responsible manner while participating in dive activities. Any diver who engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by our staff may be asked to leave without a refund.

Reschedule and Cancellation policies for Courses

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have flexibility when it comes to scheduling your PADI dive courses. Please read our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

Deposit: please note that a 30% deposit is required to secure your spot in the course. Once we send you the PADI e-learning course, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This is because, in the event of a cancellation, the e-learning course and certification credit remain yours to use with any other dive center in the world, with no time limitation.

Balance payment: balance payment is required prior the start of a course or discover scuba dive. Activity will not be able to start without full payment.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the start of the course: Full refund of course fee, minus a non-refundable 30% deposit.
  • Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the start of the course: Cancellation fee equal to 50% of the daily course fee, minus the non-refundable 30% deposit.
  • No-show or cancellation on the day of the course: Cancellation fee equal to 100% of the daily course fee, minus the non-refundable 30% deposit.

Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling more than 48 hours prior to the start of the course: No additional fee for 1 time rescheduling.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of the start of the course: Rescheduling fee equal to 15% of the course fee.
  • No-show or rescheduling on the day of the course: Rescheduling fee equal to 1 day of the course fee.

Please note that our cancellation and rescheduling policies are in place because reserving a spot in the course prevents us from booking someone else in that spot.

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing (whatsapp or email).

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, equipment failure, or instructor illness. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your course at no additional cost.

By enrolling in our PADI dive courses, you agree to the terms of this cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation mid course: If a participant cancels their open water course after starting it, they will receive a referral that can be used to complete the course within 1 year. If the cancellation occurs after the first day of the course, a refund will be provided for 1 day out of a 3-day course, minus the online course fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Diving Trips

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from participating in your scheduled dive activities. To ensure clarity, please review the updated cancellation and refund policy below.

Payment: full payment is required prior the start of any fun diving or snorkeling activity.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for all cancellations. You may cancel your reservation via WhatsApp, email, or in person.

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start of the activity are not eligible for a refund, except under special circumstances at the discretion of the company. This is because resources and preparations for the activity would have already been put in place. Please inquire via whatsapp or email if a partial refund would be available.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. This policy is in place because we may have turned away other customers and may not be able to fill the vacant spot on short notice.

Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

Cancellation due to illness:

If you need to cancel your dive due to illness, a refund may be available at the discretion of the company minus any cost incurred regardless of the reason. In this case, a medical certificate must be provided within 12 hours of the scheduled activity to be eligible for consideration.

Rescheduling Options:

If you need to reschedule your dive, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability. Rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the scheduled dive may incur additional fees to cover costs already incurred by the company.

Cancellation during a program:

If a participant decides to cancel a dive during a trip that has already started, no partial or full refund will be issued. Please ensure that you are physically fit to dive before booking. Guests prone to motion sickness should take appropriate measures to ensure their comfort well before boarding the vessel.

Refunds due to weather conditions:

In the event that we cancel your dive activity due to unfavorable weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstance beyond our control, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
