Take your PADI Divemaster training to the next level. While our standard Wanderlust program gives you the ultimate tour of Bali’s best dive sites, the Wanderlust Residency is designed for those who want to truly live the life of a PADI Professional. This 2-month program combines the adventure of our itinerant training with a deep-dive operational internship at our 5-Star Career Development Center (CDC).
Month 1: The Expedition Phase
Follow the signature Wanderlust itinerary. You won’t be stuck in one classroom; you’ll be on the move, mastering different environments across Bali:

Pemuteran & Menjangan: Conservation and wall diving.

Tulamben: Wreck diving and shore logistics.

Nusa Lembongan: Drift diving and big animal encounters.
Month 2: The Operational Residency (Sanur)
Based at our headquarters in Sanur, you transition from “student” to “professional trainee.” Under the mentorship of our Course Director, you will integrate into the daily heartbeat of a high-volume CDC.

Lead with Confidence: Gain hands-on experience as a “Trainee Guide,” eventually leading actual clients under senior supervision to perfect your underwater judgment.

Instructional Shadowing: Apply your pedagogical skills by assisting our instructors with real students during courses.

Master the Business: Learn the logistics of dive center management, equipment care, and safety briefings that define a 5-Star operation.
