What are the differences between scuba diving and freediving?
Scuba diving and freediving are totally different activities. With scuba diving, you can breathe underwater thanks to tanks, regulators and BCD, and you're focused on discovering the underwater world. With freediving, the focus is not on discovering the underwater world but your own body. That gives you the opportunity to stay underwater for up to 4 minutes without any equipment except for a mask and fins. Freediving allows the diver to feel free, challenge his own body and play a mind game. Scuba diving allows you to discover the marvels of the ocean.
