  Before entering the water you’ll practice:

• Guided Reef Ecology Dive

  Your afternoon is spent underwater putting theory into practice.

  Together with your instructor you’ll:

  • Identify key Reef Check indicator species
  • Observe coral health and reef habitats
  • Practice survey awareness techniques
  • Complete a guided mock reef assessment

  Rather than simply looking at marine life, you’ll begin understanding what every observation tells us about the health of the reef.
