As one of the budget accommodation options in Tulamben, Blue Hills offers spacious rooms with modern design, beautiful ocean views on the ocean and Mount Agung in the background. It has a total of 12 rooms, located only one minute walk to the beach and a few minutes by car to the Liberty Wreck. It is a quite place with a big swimming pool in a very nice garden, perfect after diving. There are no many other restaurants near but the one of Blue Hill resort offer good indonesian food.

Edi was our instructor doing a fantastic job explaining dive concepts and checking in on us during our dives. The equipment was very well maintained and I felt very safe using it. To top it all off the entire atmosphere of the dive shop was lovely, super relaxed and airy. They also have a great outdoor seating area next to a partner cafe that is absolutely scrumptious (they also offer vegan options!). Overall I highly recommend Bali Dive Academy Pemuteran!
