Pemuteran Seadragon

 Pemuteran Seadragon vs  Lembeh Seadragon

We recently found the, what we call from now on the Pemuteran Seadragon on our very own house reefJ  While the Lembeh Seadragon (Kyonemichthys rumengani) has been first described just a mere 10 years ago, and thought to be an endemic species by some, we just found what we believe is the same in Pemuteran, North Bali. This adds to the already stunning marine life we have in the waters around Bali and its surrounding islands like Nusa Lembongan, Cennigan and Nusa Penida.

We are looking forward to get more pictures from our guests about this remarkable creatures and if anyway can let us know for certain if this is indeed Kyonemichthys rumengani what we found here.

We will monitor and see if we find them on other dive sites and of course will keep you updated.
