Diving is a unique experience. Breathing underwater and tuning with this magic environment is something that cannot be easily described…
However, it is possible for various dive sites to be explored and appreciated in only a few meters of water.
At Nusa Lembongan and Penida we can arrange snorkelling for singles, couples, families, or combine your snorkelling adventure while your companion is diving!
Because of the strong currents, it is possible very strong swimmers to dive from the beach. However, we recommend diving from one of our boats or renting a local “jukungs,” which are the fishermen’s boats.
Let us know your preference and we will make it happen.
Bali Diving Academy Lembongan is located on the beach front on the grounds of “No. 7 Bungalows” at the south end of Lembongan Bay.
Because of its short distance from the major departing points in South Bali, reaching Nusa Lembongan is quite easy. Transfer arrangements are part of the services we provide for our divers and snorkelers.
The best solution for us is to use the Fast Boats that depart from Sanur Beach. They usually leave the beach between 8AM and 9:30AM each the morning and return between 3:30PM and 04:40PM.
The travel time is 30 minutes, with shuttle pick up included in most of the South Bali hotels.
We usually include the Fast Boat transfer in our packages
Another way to get to the island is to use the local public boats but comfort and the “feeling of safety” are not the highlight. Scheduling might vary. Definitely for the most adventurous!
