Menjangan or Deer island is located in the northwest corner of Bali and part of the Taman National Bali Barat park. Many divers consider the island to have some of the healthiest, most spectacular coral reefs and wall dives in Bali. Visibility is generally good and conditions mild, making it suitable for all levels of divers as well as snorkelers. Walls dives start from between 3-8 meters and you will have a chance to see turtles, reef sharks, eagle rays, nudibranchs, frogfish and much more.
The diving excursions to Menjangan are operated from Pemuteran. You can easily combine your diving stay with dives in Pemuteran or Menjangan. For more information on diving in Pemuteran, please click here.
